I am looking for software to create a “customer journey” for a client’s website. One where the visitor answers questions and then is taken to the software option that best matches their needs.

There might be a more specific marketed plugin for this but a [quiz builder]) could get you there I would think.
I will also say that sorting out the options is going to be important here depending on your journey (also going to mention this is a good opportunity to get some metrics data from your customers). Id map out all possible options and answers/routes in a [mind map]) before even starting so you know the full extent of what you’re trying to do.
