Let me gently remind, that you are referring to ShopMagic Manual Actions which is a part of PRO bundle and as such it is not tightly related to ShopMagic. Additionally, I would suggest to contact us through support platform accessible from https://shopmagic.app website.
About the bug, you report: does the automation list users without any filters? Can you successfully execute automation but action fails? Are any outcomes saved with failure message?
To further debug this issue, I would recommend enabling debugging in ShopMagic → Settings → Enable logger. Try to reproduce the issue and send us log file with collected information. You will be able to retrieve log file following this guide:
