I was wondering if anybody on her can help me out.
I work for a company who runs a subscription-based website with WordPress Engine.
So, a customer has highlighted that their order was sent to an entirely different customer and their contact details and address is visible on their order page.
I’ve checked the delivery address and billing address of the 2 customers concerned; and it all seems to be fine.
Only think I find strange is that when I search for one customer under our Subscribers, the other customer in question appears instead.
I’m really stuck and I’m not sure how to fix this?!
