I am sorry to hear you have this problem.
I suspect there is a conflict with some other plugin, your theme, or some cache. The usual solution is to deactivate plugins one by one and change to a more common theme for testing. If you have any caches, plugin, server caches, CDN, clear them all. Clear your browser’s cache too.
