Dead reviews also for manually entered orders – why?

[ad_1]

As we all know, you have decided to kill the most important functionality of the plugin.

I’m wondering why you intentionally don’t allow omitting the opt-in field for manually entered orders in WooCommerce (e.g. when a customer places an order over the phone or when he asks for a proforma).

In the case of orders placed by customers themselves, you hide behind the argument that this is due to the law, and a customer placing an order in the EU must have voluntary consent.
So why are you overzealous and demanding the same from manually entered orders into woocommerce? Woocommerce is only for sending e-mails, specifications, etc. – the customer is not obliged to accept the regulations, because it is not a purchase through the store.

Will I get an explanation or will you just ignore the angry customer again for the problems you created (stopped responding to my ticket)?
