Dealing with LCP when it says its your text causing it

Hi,

So when using Google page speed test I get a warning for Largest Contentful Paint element.
The thing it highlight was my second paragraph <p> on mobile. My first and second paragraph are in view on the mobile device at initial load.

I know and have optimized my images etc, but what am I meant to do when it comes to text? It says for this there is a TTFB delay of 500+ ms and a render delay of 2000+ ms.

Any tips?
