Deleted a blog post and permanently deleted it from trash but it’s still showing.

I’ve looked at the blog from 4 different devices and 30 minutes later it’s still showing on all 4 devices. I’ve cleared cache and even called a friend to look and it doesn’t go away. How do you delete a blog??
