I just checked the screenshot and found this is a default functionality of WooCommerce. It looks like the screenshot you have shared is taken from our Store front theme:

I see your add to cart behavior is different from the one inbuilt with Storefront. Since this is a functionality that comes from the theme I’d suggest that you reach out to your theme developer and they should be able to assist you with the change using some CSS.
