Design Student – Help With Custom Theme / Elementor

I’m a design student and my professor expects us to whip up a portfolio website in a week without any demonstration out teaching us any software. I already have a wordpress account purchased and found a custom theme that I wanted to touch up for my personal portfolio.

I am brand new to this, and it seems like this custom theme is having issues it’s driving me nuts. For example, the menu/nab bar design on every page is different (because that’s how it is showcased on the theme). How can I edit this to make a universal menu/hav bar on every page?
