Title says it all, I found a theme/ Template I like from Elementor, but it doesn’t come with any woo-commerce or e commerce plugins. Can i still download that them then download woo-commerce. Or should i just download a e-commerce template from the beginning.

WooCommerce is separate from your theme. It works with any theme or page builder mostly. If you’ve found an ecommerce theme you like, you’ll still need to sign up for WooCommerce separately to power the checkout and product listings.
