Dev environment for multiple projects

Hi community

I’m a freelance web developer and my workload has increased to around 3 WordPress websites at once. Im also working on a few plugins when the workload is quiet.

Right now I’m using cheap managed WP VPS’s for each project, and running my plugin-projects on Docker.

I would like to centralise all my development projects on to a local server, (preferably with a web-GUI) where I can run a WordPress instance in the click of a button.

I want the GUI so it’s manageable. I have used WordOps CLI but to increase productivity and make it more manageable, I would rather use a GUI.

What do you guys/gals use? I’d rather something free and open source, but if it’s worth paying for I’d consider it.
