I am new to WordPress development and GeneratePress/GenerateBlocks. If you develop custom sites using GP/GB, what does your development workflow look like? Do you use GitHub? Or do you customize your sites inside WordPress and not worry about using GitHub? And do you use a local server for any custom code to the styles.css or function.php files, then use an SFTP to transfer?
I’m starting a new website with WordPress with GP/GB (cPanel and Softaculous for managing my hosting and staging/production sites, etc.) and want to set up a solid proces and version control system from the start. Any advice or resource tips would be great appreciated! I’ve been living on the cPanel/WordPress/GeneratePress docs lately but still a bit confused.
