Direct link to a site

Hi

1.Sounds like a simple question, but I’m struggle a lot. 🙂 We produce hundreds of Job insertation allready with single WP-Sites. Now, how we can create a direct link, that the visitor can click from the list and direct link/connect to the WP single pages or link to job from our customer?

2. I install WP Job Manager – Bookmarks and WP Job Manager – Embeddable Job Widget allready (lizenz key etc). But I cant find this plugins in list etc.

3 Best plugin to change the front end?
