Displaying Post Title in Email Notification

Hi I would like to check if formidable form can display post title where the form is being placed?

I will be creating a a custom type post for careers, and I like the form to display the post title where the form is being submitted. For instance, I have a post called “Technical Engineer”, when the applicant submit a post, the email notification will display “Technical Engineer” as post title with the default fields in the form.

If it is a paid service, can we know which plan should we go for?
