There are many reasons this can happen in Divi. What’s the current divi theme version? Are you using a sort and filter add on or relying on woocomm/core/Divi native functionality for this? Are you running a child theme? Are there any query adjustments in your child theme? You’re best off hiring a professional or reaching out to elegant themes for Troubleshooting.
As a quick test place Divi in safe mode, do you still have filtering errors?
