I payed for premium plan on wordpress, and I wanted to install Astra on it but it doesn’t let me, it says that I can only install plugins or themes if I have the business plan. However, after doing my research I read that Elementor and Astra Theme are free to use, and I’ve seen people using them on free versions of wordpress. What exactly I am missing?

You’ll find [non-Wordpress.com]) hosting much cheaper, with no restrictions on what you can do with your site, like installing themes, plugins, server access, etc.
