I also want to make a backend for a toy library.
Therefore I need to have things like subscriptions and toys.
Do I need to use custom Fields for it and if so , how can I make a relation between the subscription and a member.

You’d have to expand on this some more, but there are subscription plugins out there like woocommerce memberships, memberpress etc
