I searched online but I can only find plugin that allow registration on the frontend. This is not what I mean nor what I’m looking for. I’m searching for a plugin that allows you to create a profile page that can be seen by other users (you know, some like a social profile where you share your business). Something like this, I will develop the functions to add to the profiles by myself so it can be pretty empty it’s fine

Ultimate Member or MemberPress do this. The feature you’re looking for is called a member directory.
I’m using Ultimate Member. I also added an Admin only field called status so I can flag former members of the group. I then created different directories (on diff pages) for active vs former members. UM works quite nicely. If I could find a something that created a simple phone list from user/UM data…I’d be all set and a happy camper.
