Do you include backup and migration for you client’s old website for free?

I spent half of my entire day talking to customer support reps to try and get 2 of my new clients old WordPress websites on a temporary domain.

PS:
wp engine customer support is ass
Wix is also not very skilled
Namecheap is literally the best.
