Does anyone have experience using Releem for MySQL performance optimization on a VPS?

Has anyone used this tool before? Is it effective at optimizing performance? I came across it when I was looking to optimize my server but never got around to testing it, curious if any one has used it before and what the results were.
Haven’t used it, not sure if I would be comfortable using a service like that. I use MySQL tuner to help optimize my setups.
Will the free version have that much of an impact on a wordpress instalation? What does it do exactly?
Did’t use this one but used some others in the past. Is this one any different?
First thing I would check in WordPress database is third-party plugin tables – sometimes they lack necessary indices, so it slows down the entire site.
