Does plugin allow you to register WooCommerce users for billing address only?

We want to possibly use this plugin to register new WooCommerce customers. Does this support the normal WP workflow where we send them an activation email and the user enters their password to create their account?

Also, does the free version of the plugin allow us to allow ask the user to just enter their Billing Address only? Or do we need to buy the Pro version of the plugin to hook this up to the WooCommerce Billing address fields?
