Does the login for MemberPress also log members into BuddyBoss?

We use MemberPress to manage our organization’s membership of over 2000 members. We’d like to add the BuddyBoss plugin for their community features. Does the MemberPress login also log members into BuddyBoss or will they need to log in separately to the community?
