Those are indeed normal WP Crons that Wordfence schedules and runs. wordfence_processAttackData could run repeatedly if the site is under heavy attack and wordfence_batchReportFailedAttempts is part of the Wordfence > All Options > Participate in the Real-Time Wordfence Security Network option, when potential brute-force attacks are occurring. It can also occur if a legitimate user fails to log in.
