Doubleclick.net cookie? Is this normal?

I have the google tag manager installed on my WordPress site. I used a tool to scan all the cookies on my site and I have this:

Is this normal? I don’t run ads on this site, I did have google ads for it once but no longer.
I see online that it’s this:

test_cookie .doubleclick.net Test for cookie setting permissions in the user’s browser 1 day Google

So I assume it’s not directly related to ads?
