I am testing Easy Digital Downloads on a client’s website and I noticed the file that we want the users to download changes names when they click download. For example, if I upload example.pdf to the files area and then go download it I get a file with a name like sitetitle_c8c2cb03c10513616.pdf.
When I check it on the backend it is correct in the individual downloads editor (e.g.
Is there any way to avoid this? It is very helpful to our clients that they are able to download example.pdf and not a file that doesn’t describe what it is in the filename.
