I made a website that I planned to rent out to clients, but someone approached me asking me to build them their own with a domain they already possess. I told them it’s something we could do I just need to figure out pricing. I’m not sure what to charge because they are my first clients so I don’t want to charge something outrageous before I know the extent of the work and what the market rate is for it. I know the cost of setting it up will be included but anyone got ideas for the fee just for the creation and the rate for management of the site? I want to make sure it’s a fair price
