When hovering over the dropdown header menu, it will jump in and out. This issue just started, and I can’t figure out why.

- Works correctly when in the customizer with no issue
- I have tried disabling all plugins
- Disabling the child theme and only using Astra directly
- Disabled CDN
- Disabled Cloudflare
- Seems to only apply to Firefox. I have tried clearing all browser cache / going into private mode and it still happens.
- It seems like Firefox in v124 did make some changes related to visibility – https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Releases/124 – maybe this is a bug from that?
