When installing SG Optimizer on my WP site, which is NOT hosted on SG, the option Dynamic Caching is set ON by default. I am unable to turn it OFF because the site is not hosted on SG.
The option should be OFF by default for non-SG hosted sites.
Tested on multiple sites and can be reproduced.
