E-Mail not beeing sent / Tracking number no link

Hello
We downloaded the AST Free Plugin yesterday as advised from FFN-Connect (our wordpress connection to our Fullfillment partner).
As we have a API Connection running with FFN Connect, we now with the AST Plugin get back the Trackingnumber as they set the status on Completed.

It changes in our Woocommerce orders list and we see the Trackingnumber from DPD, but:

a) the tracking number will not become a link, only if I manually add the same number and choose DPD Germany as carrier. From FFN Connect the carrier is named DPD und not DPD Germany, can this be the issue?
b) I configured the email widget, did all the nessesary setups as in the AST FREE Doc, enabled the Comnplete/Shipped Mail to customers in the WooCommerce settings. But the “Shipped/Completed” E-Mail will not be sent to the customer nor can I manually push the E-Mail to be sent.
What did we do wrong?
