edited site from appearance > editor WYSIWYG editor with twenty twenty-three theme. Will I lose my changes if there’s an update?

If I make changes to the Twenty Twenty-Three theme using the WYSIWYG editor like the screenshots above editing the templates and pages, and then update the theme, will my changes be lost? I haven’t edited any CSS or PHP files directly. Do I need to create a child theme? If so, how can I create a child theme from the changes I’ve made already?

Or are the changes made this way saved, and only if I edit my CSS files directly will they be overwritten with an update? Thanks a little confused
