Embed audio in images (How to pronounced type of feature)

Hi!

Is there a way to “embed” an audio file in an image file, so that when a user clicks on the “speaker icon” the audio file is reproduced.

I´ve tried adding the audio from the Media Gallery I get the player display which not great, and if I add the link to the mp3 file on the image, when the user clicks on it he´s directed to the file page.
