I hope you are fine.
It seems like you are using the documents widget to embed PDF, please use the Embed PDF widget, to embeds PDF. Here you can check details, https://embedpress.com/docs/embed-document/#4-toc-title
Thanks
Hi @amin7 ,
Thank you for the prompt response. I’ve used the Embedpress PDF widget only and not the document one. Still the issue on mobile. Here’s the screenshot for your reference.

Hi,
Its an unusual issue. We checked on our side, but, could not replicate the issue. You can check here, https://d.pr/v/uh3BfR
If you are using any caching plugin, please purge the caches. Also, you may run a plugin conflict test,
You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and EmebedPress. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins
and then, deactivate other Plugins.
Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia, Hello Elementor. And, check back as well.
This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, that does not affect normal visitors to your site. Here is the link: https://projectdmc.org/plugins/health-check/
Using this plugin involves the same steps that I have already mentioned above. Also, here is the screencast: https://d.pr/v/JP5Ics
If that does not work, you may reach us here,
Thanks
