Enabling Plugin Disables “Media” | WordPress.org

I can see the same thing on my end. The Media library page is blank and all the other pages show a bunch of Console errors:

Uncaught TypeError: window.say_what_data.replacements is null
handle
gettext

There is no error logged in the PHP error log or the WordPress debug.log file.

Right, I see nothing logged in my error logs at all.

I reverted back to this version and it works:
