I was trying to purchase a theme from themeforest, for some reason i had an unsuccessful payment due to issues with my credit card which is normal and happens sometimes. Then my account got locked!
I contacted the support and up till now no response. When googled i have found tons of users complaining about the same issue with no luck to get their account back.
Have anyone experienced that before? And what will happened to my previous purchases as i have made 2 shopify themes purchased last month and still have 6 months support and supposedly life time updates and i have the full right to get what i paid for.. Any advice please?
