Hey there, @georgebr! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.
“Hello, I’m using WooCommerce v. 9.1.4. The plugin Advanced DB Cleaner PRO 3.2.9 told me that ‘jetpack_connection_active_plugins’ is linked to the plugin ‘WooCommerce,’ see the link. We might have used the Jetpack plugin in the past, but we are not using it now. I would like to remove ‘jetpack_connection_active_plugins’ and cron. Can you tell me if the WooCommerce plugin uses Jetpack? Thanks, regards, George”
Even if you don’t use the Jetpack plugin itself, there are some plugins that use Jetpack to connect to WooCommerce.
If you are seeing this there, you probably use at least one of those.
They are:
– WooPayments
– Google for WooCommerce
– WooCommerce Taxes
– WooCommerce Shipping
If you use any of those plugins, you can’t remove the Jetpack connection. If you don’t use them, you should be ok to remove it, I’d just make sure to have a full backup before doing it in case it is tied to something else and you need to restore it 🙂
I hope this was clarifying. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.
Have a wonderful day!
Hi, thank you for your reply. Plugins
- WooPayments
- Google for WooCommerce
- WooCommerce Taxes
- WooCommerce Shipping
No longer in use. I have used Google for WooCommerce in the past and may have tried others. But now I don’t use them. On the web I found see the link: - https://snipboard.io/DsnGXf.jpg
Perhaps I can delete them? Regards George
Hi @georgebr,
Perhaps I can delete them?
If you’re not using any of the plugins you’ve mentioned, please feel free to deactivate them from your plugins’ dashboard.
Thank you for your reply. I will delete the items. Regards George
