Hi,
I have my site with sandbox enabled for Paypal and Testmode for stripe. When testing the checkout process using both payment methods I am getting the following errors for Payl and Stripe:
Paypal error:
“Error: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again”
Stripe error:
“Error 1006: An error occurred, but your payment may have gone through. Please contact the site administrator.”
If I look in the Stripe dashboard I can see that a payment using test creditcard details went through but no response was received.
I’ve deactivated most plugins and reactivated one by one all to no avail.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
