Debería figurar del lado arriba derecho, boton flotante solo ingles y español que así fue configurado pero aparece abajo del lado izquierdo y todos los paises

I see the following in your HTML source code:

It should be the following instead:

<script src="https://.../wp-content/plugins/gtranslate/js/dwf.js?ver=6.1.1" ... defer></script>

Looks like you have some plugin which is causing the issue. Try to disable it and let me know if it works.
