Hi I just performed the first scan of my domain and subdomain. There were a few unknown files in my subdomain which I had to approve; no problem. However, after the scan of my domain there are 710 unknown files (which I recognise so don’t pose a security threat), but when I try to approve even one of them, I get the error message in the image and am unable to go any further.
