Eventbrite Imports only update for Incognito

Using Eventbrite Shortcodes plugin to important events, the events are updated on my website when I check through incognito, but the new events are not shown in the regular Chrome or Safari browsers.

I cleared the WordPress cache using a plugin and also cleared the website cache, but the problem still persists.
