We have several multi-day events and on Google they go from day 1 to day x, but on ICS on our site, they all go from day 1 to day x+1 (or more) . So they are all off a day (or more), but only on the end of the event.
The Time Zone is Paris/GMT+2 on both the site and the Google Calendar. The first day of the week is Monday on the site.
I suspect that this is tied to the dow_0 always being Sunday even though it’s defined as Monday on the site. And I think the number of times that a multi-day event crosses Sunday WITHIN THE CURRENT MONTH, it will add another day on to it. See this forum post:
