We had to move hosting (same domain) for one of our new client and their website uses Gravity Forms + Gravity View.
We took a back up and moved the hosting. Everything works fine except the Gravity View. The page has shortcodes setup to show the views but it doesn’t show anything. It used to work before migration is what our client claims. Gravity Forms plugin is working fine and it is able to collect data. It is just the Gravity View shortcode that isn’t showing up the view.
Gravity Forms and Gravity View settings page shows that the license is active and valid.
I took the same backup and deployed it in my local machine and the “view” appears on the page and works as expected. This confuses me even more.
Is there some specific migration step required for this and I missed it?
