When opening Media Library every new uploaded image under the Image Optimizer column says “In progress”. I tried disabling all plugins except EWWW.
1. Bulk Optimize works.
2. Afterwards the re-optimize options are still not available.
This is from older images. The options are available on them.

I switched to OpenLitespeed. The options for Image Optimization of the Litespeed plugin are all disabled. I even tried to disable the plugin (since all plugins where disabled for on staging).
