Hi Everyone,
When a customer orders online, they seem to order with their correct billing address. However, once they hit send order, the order doesn’t get processed. The customer’s account later gets blocked. When we go see the blocked customer, I notice that there is almost always two commas on their billing street address. What could be the reason why two commas show up? The customer says they put no comma or just one comma, but the blocked address shows otherwise.
