Facebook Marketplace Plugin?

I know you can integrate WooCommerce with Facebook Marketplace but after reviewing all the work just posting one item is a bit too much for me. I just want to display my Marketplace profile on a WordPress page on my site that displays all of my available and in-stock items listed on Marketplace. That way if I sell an item and mark it as sold it will not show on the WordPress page.

I tried embedding the URL to my MP Profile, ever worked, I tried to iframe it, but no go either. Is there such a thing? Something that will simply display my listed items and if they're clicked on it goes to the FB Marketplace posting.
