Sure but this is not what i asked for. I asked if FC in php mode can “late initialized”, meaning server the cache after WP is loaded.

Wordfence (4 million installations) if a caching plugin is activated (php or mod_rewrite it doesn’t matter), AFTER a page is cached, several features do not work. Because the cached page/post is served to the user BEFORE Wordfence check it out.
For example Rate Limiting. It doesn’t work. Tested. Probably the firewall also doesn’t work properly.
Same for The Shield plugin. Firewall doesn’t work at all. The developer replied that no caching should be used, since WordPress native is dynamic.
We have found and verified that the only plugin right now that works is WP Super Cache IF Late Initialization option is enabled. That way the cached page is served AFTER Wordfence, so any check or block is working.
And it is very easy to check, install Wordfence and a caching plugin and watch the Live Traffic (all traffic). After a page is visited / cached, no visits appear in Live Traffic.
what you want contradicts the purpose of caching plugins. you do not need to use any cache plugin.
