File Sharing plugin – what would you recommend?

We are trying to share files to people at events instead of printing collateral. Used to use this https://www.hubspot.com/products/sales/document-tracking but dont have Hubspot anymore so would like to find a better solution as the file sharing from Zoho sucks!
