Thanks for your message. We went ahead and run a test directly from your website, and we noticed that your search results are split into multiple pages. That’s actually what is making the characteristics filter disappear.
This is because vehicles are searched on the database at application level, while the filter by characteristics is a simple JavaScript toggle action for including or excluding vehicles from the search results.
The only solution to let the characteristics filter work is to increase your pagination limit, which is set by default to 20/25 items, and that should be changed to 50 or any other value that won’t generate multiple pages in the search results.
You can change the lists limit from the wp-admin section of VikRentCar, by opening any list-page, such as the “Cars List” or the “Orders List”. The list limit can be changed by clicking the top button “Screen Options” and by entering the new desired value. Additionally, there is also a more complex technique in order to apply a different lists limit only in the front-end section of VikRentCar, and keep 20/25 items per page in the wp-admin section.
