I’m looking for recommendations to find qualified WordPress web developers. I don’t need rockstars. Just front-end developers, familiar with WordPress, who can take a design and implement it in WordPress with solid, responsive, sensible CSS – and can work with a team.
More context: I am a WordPress developer, but need some extra hands finishing out sites now and then.
Is something like Upwork my best bet, or are there better options?
