A warm hello to everybody!
So, i’ll be short.
A client of mine asked me to do some additions to his website he already built with WordPress. He says he bought a theme some time before, and wants me to do some additions, add a couple of features/fix some features.
He says he likes around 85% of the features the theme he bought already has, but he would like to add/fix a few. He’ll be calling me in a couple of days to meet me with exact requirements, so I want to be ready.
I’ve never done such a thing, and have never done WordPress in that way. I am experienced in JS(react, typesricpt,es6,vanillajs), c#, python and others… so that’s why I took the gig, because I think with your help and experience in other stuff I could do it(the $ is good).
my question is how do i do that, what will require? Will i have to write my own code, if so, which language will i have to use and how do i deploy it to an existing WP website? If not, could you explain the process as well ?
