The only change with iDeal 2.0 is the removal of the issuer list from the WooCommerce checkout page. Now, buyers must select their bank on the hosted page from Mollie/iDeal. Previously, “Kies je bank” was the default payment method description when configuring iDeal in an older plugin version. This description is saved in your database and can be updated from the iDeal gateway settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments. We chose not to remove existing descriptions to avoid reliability issues, and the plugin should not remove any of your configured data without your consent during automatic updates.
